1. Upon sign-up an email will be sent to the provided email, this must be confirmed before the account is active
2. Reset your password by using the Forgot Password button on the login screen

New users joining a company must be approved by a company or group admin before all the app features become available; admins can do this either by accepting the email sent or through their notifications in the app

1. Verify smart device’s Bluetooth is turned on
2. Reset the ROAM instrument by holding down the button on the device itself
3. Verify that the app is up to date
4. Close the app and then re-open
5. Delete and then re-install the app

1. Ensure that parameters are turned on by going to Settings.  Please note that turning off Free Chlorine, Total Chlorine, and Chloramines, or alkalinity will turn off associated parameters as well
2. Check that desired parameters are active in Settings > Parameters, deactivated parameters are not displayed but are still collected and will appear by reactivating the parameter

1. Using the app connect to the ROAM to check if cartridge is expired or has used all tests
2. Remove the cartridge from the ROAM device, clean the connector then plug it back in
3. Reset the ROAM instrument by holding the button on the device itself

1. Verify cartridge is fully plugged into the ROAM
2. Remove the cartridge from the ROAM device, clean the connector then plug it back in
3. Help proper mating by holding the cartridge in tight during the first 30 seconds of calibration
4. Reset the ROAM instrument by holding the button on the device itself

1. Verify cartridge is fully plugged into the ROAM
2. Remove the cartridge from the ROAM device, clean the connector then plug it back in
3. Recalibrate the cartridge by connecting to it through the app

1. Bleach and rinse the vials
2. Rinse and clean the cartridge pockets where the sample and waste vials sit

1. Plug Roam into USB charger, if charging indicator turns on please allow time to charge before running a test, if fully drained it may take a few minutes for the charging indicator to turn on
2. Unplug the cartridge and reset the ROAM by holding the button
